“My Hungarian House” is a family-owned property agency based in Kazincbarcika, Borsod country, Hungary. We are customer-oriented and always happy to go an extra mile to find the right house for you, even if you can not find it in our portfolio yet. We mainly sell houses, holiday houses & land.

In our portfolio you will find a wide range of houses in terms of condition and size. They can be found mostly in three counties: Borsod, Heves & Nógrád country (North Hungary), but we are also expending in other regions. Compared to many other areas the north is still rather a cheap region. Most of the houses are in the region of 25 000 – 60 000 €.

This region of Hungary is famous for its beautiful hills & the National Park of Bükk & National Park of Aggtelek. Many villages have an increasing number of foreign citizens who are attracted by the nature and low investment costs.

We have more than 5 years of experience in the property business, therefore we have all the expertise that are needed for you to buy a property in Hungary, including legal advice from English speaking lawyers. We have a complete service for our buyers, which include post-sale services like transferring utilities to the buyer’s name and helping to have your house renovated (for details please read the “services” menu point on the top of the page).
