Viewing houses
Before viewing houses, we like to make sure these are good fits for you. Therefore, we will ask questions about your needs in terms of location, budget, size, condition etc. As a local property agency, we have seen our houses in person, we can really help you decide what is worth seeing and what is not. We will save you a lot of time.
I can show you maximum 5 houses a day and usually I need at least 3 days to organise multiple viewings. It is best to get in touch with us at least 1-2 weeks before the viewing takes place to ensure you will be able to see the houses you picked.
Unlike in some Western European countries, it is common that the owners are also present while the viewing of the properties take place, which gives you the opportunity to ask questions from them.
House viewings with My Hungarian House are free of charge up to 5 houses during the fall, winter & spring. Over the 5th house the fee is 4000 HUF (about 10 euros) per house.
During the summer period our policy is different. We charge our house viewers our fuel cost (60 HUF/km).
