The house is located in the Putnok district of Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén county, beween the National Park of Aggtelek and the Borsodi hills, in the valley of the Szuha stream. It is ony 11 km from Aggtelek, 27 km from Kazincbarcika and 29 km from Ózd.

The house has a concrete foundation, brick walls, wooden/concrete roof, the roof structure is in good condition and covered by slates.

The original wooden windows are in average condition. Flooring in the rooms is parquet, in the hallways, kitchens and the bathroom the floor is tiled.

The brick building adjoining the stable has an outside toilet and 3 stalls for pigs with an area of 30.6 m and a pen of 40 m2.The barn at the end of the porch has a concrete base on brick legs and is 94 m2 in good condition. The poultry shed next to the barn is 5 m2, but there are also two wooden storerooms with no foundations on the gate, with an area of 13 m2 and 20 m2 respectively.

3, The third part of the port is the back garden with a few fruit trees and vineyards, but the area has been used mainly as a kitchen garden.

Zádorfalva is a village with rouglhy 450 residents. It is surrounded by hills. You can find a food store and a doctor in the village. If you are into hiking nd caving the nearby National Park of Aggtelek provides greating opportunities for recreation.
