The house was built in 1960 of brick, statically in perfect condition. The roof structure was renovated in 2014, the rafters, battens and tiles were replaced and a new gutter was installed.

Heating is provided by a mixed fuel boiler and gas boiler, radiators are panel radiators. Hot water is provided by an electric boiler (which is on a seperate "controlled electricity" network - which means lower bills)

In the village there are: primary school, shops, post office, a picturesque lake, which offers great opportunities for excursions and recreation. There are also two restauraunts in the settlement with great reputation. The property is located 6 km from Ózd and about 40 km from the famous town of Eger. Eger has a lot to offer: historic old town, famous vinayards and thermal baths from the middle ages. In Ózd you can find all the major supermarkets and everything else that a city can offer. The thermal baths of Csíz is only 30 km away from here.
