Kelemér is a village of 600 inhabitants, located in the North-Western part of the county of B.A.Z., along the Hungarian-Slovakian border. It is 9 km from Putnok (the nearest town) and 51 km from Miskolc. The village is known in the are for its good residential community. There is a food store and a doctor in the village.
The main walls of the house with concrete foundation and silicate block masonry are in good structural condition.
The wooden roof structure is in good condition, with a concrete slab, covered with small slates.
The subflooring of the rooms in the house is concrete, the "kitchen" is covered with tiles.
Under the back of the house there is a 38 m2 cellar room which can be accessed from the pantry and from the outside entrance.

Utilities: new electricity meter to be requested and connected, no water utility but sewage and drinking water network in front of the plot, therefore can be requested and connected.. Water supply can be provided by a well on the plot as well, the water was used as drinking water in the past. Gas connection is located in front of the house inside the plot. There is no heating system in the house at the moment.
The house is on the Blue Route hiking tour and you can find nearby The National Park of Aggtelek- Other nearby attractions include the Putnok Fishing Lake, the Kelemeri Mohos Lakes Nature Reserve, the Lázbérc Landscape Protection Area, Gömörszőlős and the Ecological Institute for Sustainable Development. The Thermal baths of Csíz is also only a few kms away from here.
