The house has a floor area of 89 m2. It was built in 1960 and in 2023-2024 it underwent a complete renovation and reconstruction.
It has three bedrooms and a living room.

During the renovation, the underfloor, the walls from the outside and the walls from the inside were all renovated. Drywalls were also installed. The complete roof structure was changed in 2023, (the tiles are not new but in good condition, some of them were replaced in 2023, new gutters was also instelled at the time) at which time a new aluminium rainwater drainage system was installed. The flooring is tiled in all rooms, the large terrace floor is paved with outdoor tiles.
Currently there are 2 AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS, which provide a comfortable temperature, operating from a "H' tariff electricity system (this is a system designed speficically for heat pumps and AC, this means lower electricitiy bills for the owner)
There is also a central gas boiler for heating, which heats the whole house via the panel raditors and this boiler also provides the house with hot water.
The electricity system and the water plumbing were also completely replaced.
The insulated plastic entrance door and the windows are all new. The doors have been raplaced inside the house too.
The well-kept plot has an area of 1680 m2.
The front yard has a concrete ground and it has a 9 m2 storage room and a water well.
This is followed by a 10 m2 "garden house" for summer gatherings of friends. There is a brick built barbecue house right behind the "garden house"

Dövény is a small village with 270 residents. It has a good residental community. The village has a food store and a doctor. The nearest town is Kazincbarcika (20 km), where you can find a swimming pool, supermarkets, hopsital, banks etc.
The village is in the approximity of the National Park of Aggtelek, known for the largerst cave system of Europe.
